Coordination of all travel activities and crewing needs for the vessels Proactive communication with client Opening / follow-up of dossiers for rebilling Follow up of Protection and Indemnity Insurance Ensure compliance according to industry standards (medical, visa, certificates) Handle travel arrangements (Lodging certificates, visas, Hotel bookings, training, offshore logistics and offshore transport booking (for clients) Manage a centralised electronic system which stores all data related to seafarers for efficient monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements (Flag State, Training, Certificates, Medical, Visa).
Arranging quarantine, covid19 testing, monitoring of personnel as required according to country of operation.
Requisitos
- Crew Change Coordinator
- Document controller
- Travel Coordinator
Angolan nationality;
Logistics and transport management background an advantage with a minimum of 2 years’ experience;
Experience in handling travel arrangements (Lodging certificates, visas, Hotel bookings, training, offshore logistics and offshore transport booking) personnel movements onshore/offshore;
Experience in Oil & Gas industry;
English and French speaking skills required
