Meet the objectives of quality assurance human resources by recruiting, selecting, guiding, training, designating, scheduling, training, advising and disciplining employees; communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing contributions to work; planning and reviewing compensation actions; application of policies and procedures.
Achieve operational quality assurance objectives, contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and analyzes; prepare and complete action plans; implementation of production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; identify and solve problems; audit completion; determine system improvements; implementing changes.
Meet the financial objectives of quality assurance by estimating requirements; prepare an annual budget; expense scheduling; analyzing variances; initiate corrective actions.
Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyzes; identification of critical control points and preventive measures; establishment of critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures; inventory monitoring.

Bachelor or Degree in areas related to Industrial Quality Management;
More than 5 years in quality management, quality assurance in baby diapers, napkins and towels made from toilet paper and kitchen towels and the like;
