Descrição
To be responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of project and department schedules and associated documents;
Populate and maintain equipment & resource requirements for all tasks within the plans and report results to relevant personnel;
Assist in the establishment, reporting, forecasting and maintenance of the project planning system and procedures;
Support Lead Planner with any contract specific reporting or tasks;
Build, develop and maintain as required the assigned plans and update these as requested;
Be responsible for the Issue of updated assigned plans / schedules and associated reports to relevant personnel;
Monitor progress and report on impact of shortfalls in the assigned plans to relevant parties;
Liaise with the project team and planners to resolve conflicts.
Requisitos

HND or higher in a technical subject;
Demonstrable knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 planning solutions;
Proficient in Microsoft systems and packages;
Permit to work systems and process understanding;
Demonstrable and detailed working evidence of CMMS system administration such as SAP;
Excellent organization and coordination skills;
LNG, Refinery, or Oil and Gas experience in a planning capacity;
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment;
Manages personal time and deals effectively with conflicting demands and priorities;
Adapts / modifies plans in response to changing circumstances;
Understands the basic indicators of financial performance.;
Fluent oral and written English.
