To coach managers in identifying the real learning needs for their teams across the group, analyze the output, propose learning solutions and programs, choose the right provider (external or internal / trainer / material) and lead long-term development programs in order to leverage the Group’s capacity towards competitiveness on the market. This role has a main role to play in Webcor Group’s academy through high-level programs.
- Coaching and assisting managers in identifying the learning needs.
- Analyze and propose solutions for online learning modules by partnering with key program, center and department leaders to offer training and education programs to staff, and managers.
- Choose the right provider and regularly track and evaluate metrics of success, and adapt strategies to grow and improve outreach results over time.
- Lead, manage and implement Career planning according to Group five-year strategy and Group HR annual plan objectives.
- Assist in building the academy by creating high standards curriculums.
- Conduct assessment in operations by selecting appropriate assessments, theoretical and practical to validate understanding and measure the performance of learners.
- Ensure the quality of learning programs by choosing the right provider, trainer and material.
- Continues development of professional expertise, ideally through completion of professional qualification.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Store of Learning activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Aptidões necessárias
Minimum 5 years of overall working experience with at least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development activities.
Knowledge and application of adult learning principles.
Knowledge of the organization and the specific roles and processes required to meet operational needs.
Business acumen.
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Good planning, organization and presentation capability.
Intermediate level of MS Office package, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Words.
English and Portuguese language (spoken and written).
