We are looking for a process oriented bilingual (English/Portuguese) person with experience in HR Operations. Must be a well rounded HR professional with experience in Recruitment, Workers Comp, Employee Relations and Benefits. Labout Law, Housing and Visas.
Requirements:
- Providing administrative support in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
- Examining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions (e.g. applications, changes in employment status, payroll changes, etc.)
- Responding to employee, manager and HR team requests and escalating issues as appropriate. Providing support for employee on-boarding as well as employee exit meetings
- Assisting with data management and file maintenance to include day to day data entry and employee data maintenance in the HRIS
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations, to conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints; operate a personal computer and standard software applications; perform detailed tasks with accuracy; follow and give oral and written directions; maintain cooperative working relationships; interact with other employees in a helpful, courteous and friendly manner.
- Ability to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employeesExperience working on Shared Services organizations (desirable)
- Intermediate Excel Skills is a Must
Requisitos

- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience across various HR functions is preferred.
- High English level (speaking and reading) is a must. Portuguese language domain is also a must.
- Good knowledge of the local LGT.
- Excellent people management and customer relationship skills Must possess Computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application.
- HR policies / procedures / practices as it relates to payroll, benefits, hiring, etc.
- Possess strong technical and analytic skills and exhibit creative problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in multicultural environments.
