- Plan and schedule the inventory to meet the organization’s needs by ordering products and by managing out-of-stock and over-stocked products; and assist in coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers and other warehouses as per the area manager and commercial manager's requirements
- Implement the maintenance and reparations of warehouses in accordance to the maintenance plan to ensure the maintenance plan is executed
- Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently, also that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met
- Ensures that all warehouse staff are updated on price changes and any information on goods received to ensure that staff are aware and minimize errors
- Liaises with channel manager to better understand sales targets in order to align warehouse activities with the sales strategy, where possible.

-3-4 years’ experience in warehouse activities and at least 2 years as a manager
-Portuguese and English speaking
-Good understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
-Deep understanding of supply chain and warehousing
-Basic understanding of health and safety measures
-Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
-Planning and Organizing skills
-Business writing skills
